The voluntary organization Animal Rescue Albania (ARSA) denounced on Monday the cruel murder of a dog by dragging it by a car.<\/p>\n

The event is alleged to have taken place in Sukth of Durres and for this ARSA has called on authorities to investigate and punish those responsible.<\/p>\n

The accusation was accompanied by three photos on Instagram, which included a Renault Megane car with AA 940 YI license plate and the dog, Labrador, tied behind.<\/p>\n

The dog appears trying to set free from the bond while the car counties to drive. In the third photo the dog appears to have surrendered and without any signs of life.<\/p>\n
