The key point of managerial autonomy is the most flexible organization&#8221;, said the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The University Hospital Center, Durr\u00ebs and Shkod\u00ebr Regional Hospital, in cooperation with teams from Turkey, have started the procedures for Hospital Autonomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">&#8220;In three other hospitals of the country, teams from Turkey have been placed in the QSUT, in the Hospital of Durres and in the Hospital of Shkodra, where administrative, managerial and medical personnel have been assigned.
