The second round of elections will be held on April 2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">&#8220;There is a marked advantage compared to the other candidate, with whom I will face in the second round, but this is not only a reason for satisfaction and optimism; it is also a pure recognition of reserved voters who were not activated before&#8221;, Djukanovic emphasized. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">&#8220;This is a joint victory with those who were discriminated in the last 30 years, whose children left Montenegro because they had no justice and were poor. This is a victory for a better, more beautiful and fairer Montenegro&#8221;, said Jakov Milatovic. These elections are being held after months of political deadlock in the Adriatic country.
