Meanwhile, on March 18 in Ohrid, they agreed on the Annex for the implementation of this agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Article 4 of this agreement states that Serbia will not oppose Kosovo&#8217;s membership in international institutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The spokesperson of the European Union, Peter Stano, said that the Brussels institutions &#8220;are aware&#8221; that Serbia voted against Kosovo&#8217;s application for membership in the Council of Europe.
