{"id":51494,"date":"2023-04-28T21:50:10","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T19:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=51494"},"modified":"2023-04-28T21:53:05","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T19:53:05","slug":"barometer-will-you-participate-in-the-may-14-elections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/barometer-will-you-participate-in-the-may-14-elections\/","title":{"rendered":"Barometer | Will citizens participate in the May 14 elections?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>85.3% of the citizens answered that on May 14 they will participate in the elections and 13.5% of the citizens of Tirana will not participate in the elections.<\/p>\n<p>The desire to participate in the elections has increased in three months from 81.2% that were in February to 81.8% in March and went to 85.3% in April.<\/p>\n<p>The number of citizens who will not participate in the elections has decreased from 15.4% in February to 15.6% in March and 13.5% in April.<\/p>\n<p>More men will not participate in the May 14 elections with 16.7%, while among those who will not come to the elections, 10.3% are women.<\/p>\n<p>When we look at them by age group, those who will not participate in the elections are mostly young people aged 18-24, followed by the age group 35-44 with 17% and 45-54 with 16.6%.<\/p>\n<p>While the division according to geographical position, more citizens who will not participate in the elections are from the urban area with 14.7%, while the suburban areas with 8.1%.<\/p>\n<p>When we look at them by political division, those who will not vote on May 14 are 40.1% not identified politically, 7.8% democrats and 6.6% socialists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>85.3% of the citizens answered that on May 14 they will participate in the elections and 13.5% of the citizens of Tirana will not participate in the elections.
