The 2010 published report by the Swiss politician alleges inhuman treatment of people and killing of prisoners with the purpose of removal and illicit trafficking of human organs in Kosovo. These allegations involve Hashim Tha\u00e7i, former president of Kosovo and other former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, who are facing trial on war crimes in the Hague.<\/p>\n<p>On April 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that Albania had gathered signatures on a new resolution, to oppose the Dick Marty report. Rama argued that Marty\u2019s document was made of \u201cterrible accusations towards the KLA, without facts\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>However, according to Elvira Kov\u00e1cs, member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, a decision was made to only give information on Albania\u2019s initiative.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt would be scandalous to doubt earlier reports and earlier works by the Committee of the CoE. It would be unprecedented,\u201d Kov\u00e1cs says.<\/p>\n<p>She also reminded that members of the CoE did not welcome Rama\u2019s speech last year in Strasbourg, where he mentioned opposing Dick Marty\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRama was unpleasant and rough in his performance. He spoke against the CoE\u2019s job.
