Following Chief Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi’s request for administrative measures against 20 mayors for using state assets during the election campaign, Appeals and Sanctions Commission has fined 15 mayors in the amount of 100,000 ALL.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, ASC has rejected the fine for 5 of them. Klodian Ta\u00e7e, Lefter Alla, Shuaip Beqiri, Kastriot Gurra and Lerim Shera, although the chief commissioner of the CEC was asked to take administrative measures against them, ASC has decided that they will not take a fine.<\/p>\n

The mayors who will be fined are as follows:<\/p>\n

  5. Redjan Krali, Mayor of Kavaje Municipality<\/li>\n
  6. Klement Ndoni, Mayor of K\u00eblcyr\u00eb Municipality<\/li>\n
  7. Erion Isai, Mayor of Kolonj\u00eb Municipality<\/li>\n
  8. Safet Gjici, Mayor of Kuk\u00ebs Municipality<\/li>\n
  9. Pjerin Ndreu, Mayor of Lezh\u00eb Municipality<\/li>\n
  10. Eriselda Sefa, Mayor of Lushnj\u00eb Municipality<\/li>\n
  11. Qerim Ismailaj, Mayor of Mallakast\u00ebr Municipality<\/li>\n
  12. Nuri Belba, Mayor of P\u00ebrrenjas Municipality<\/li>\n
