This is because Albania and Morocco do not have an extradition agreement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPersons involved in such acts usually flee to places where there are no extradition agreements,\u201d the journalist further explains.<\/p>\n<p>Only one person is now being searched by police, tied to the businessman\u2019s murder. British citizen Harry Simson is still on the loose, while Edmond Haxhia, Stephen Hunt, Thomas Mithan and Harriet Bridgeman were arrested during an operation of the British National Crime Agency in London.<\/p>\n<p>Edmond Haxhia, with both Albanian and British citizenship, is related to the Lestakaj family, involved in a blood feud with the Nikulaj family.
