It is about roads that are considered not visible, in terms of the number of inhabitants they have or the economic development of the area. By identifying them according to priorities, we will do a job that will have an analysis basis&#8221;, said Belinda Balluku.<\/p>\n<p>The Deputy Prime Minister explained that the project will be developed by the Albanian Development Fund in cooperation with the country&#8217;s municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We only need cooperation with the municipalities because they have to be clear about how it will work.
