The officers arrested Shp\u00ebtim Hida, as he was meeting with said businessman who denounced him.<\/p>\n<p>70,000 euros, a vehicle and a mobile device were seized by the police as material evidence.<\/p>\n<p>In the first five months of the year, four businessmen have denounced cases of fraud, with citizens using names of officials or well-known personalities to benefit large amounts of money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 52-year-old in Tirana was caught in flagrante, taking 70,000 euros from a businessman through fraud.
