As a result, 94 people were injured and some of them lost their lives.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report of the Institute of Statistics, the cause of accidents in 87% is the fault of the way of driving.<\/p>\n<p>Young drivers continue to account for the majority of accidents. According to the data, the 18-24 age group accounts for 24.6% of the cases that caused a road accident.<\/p>\n<p>The capital is in the top of the list for the highest number of accidents. Experts have pointed out that most accidents happen on weekends and mainly at noon.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Institute of Statistics report, in the first 4 months of the year, 332 road accidents were registered in which 454 people were involved.<\/p>\n<p>Experts have highlighted that the number of road accidents in the January-April period has decreased by 11.9%, compared to the same period of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, road accidents as a result of pedestrian behavior for the four-month period have increased by 20%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the roads of Albania, 69 road accidents occurred only during the month of April.
