In May 2016, the Constitutional Court of Kosovo confirmed the ownership of De\u00e7an Monastery over several hectares of land. Despite this legal decision and subsequent requests, the Court&#8217;s decision has not been implemented yet&#8221;, says the statement issued by the QUINT states in Pristina.<\/p>\n<p>They continue saying that they are &#8220;united in support of the democratic and European future of Kosovo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The rule of law and respect for the independence of the judiciary are obligations for all democratically elected governments and necessary preconditions for Kosovo&#8217;s integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions, including further progress in Kosovo&#8217;s application for membership in the Council of Europe.
