Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime has confiscated the assets of Raul Zenunaj and persons related to him.<\/p>\n

Raul Zenunaj was previously convicted by Italian authorities for “production and sale of narcotics” and participation in a criminal organization.<\/p>\n

Special Court decided that the assets placed in his name and those of his family members will be confiscated and transferred to the ownership of state.<\/p>\n

LIST OF SEIZURED PROPERTIES<\/p>\n

1) Property of the “Unit” type with a total area of \u200b\u200b70 m\u00b2, Vlor\u00eb Municipality, purchased by the subject in 2012 in the amount of 6,944,000 Lek\u00eb;<\/p>\n

2) Property of the “Unit” type with a total area of \u200b\u200b50 m\u00b2, Vlora Municipality, purchased by the subject in 2012 in the amount of 4,960,000 Lek\u00eb;<\/p>\n

3) BMW type GM730D vehicle, owned by the subject Raul Zenunaj, purchased by the subject in 2014;<\/p>\n

4) Property of the “Field” type, with an area of \u200b\u200b5000 m\u00b2, currently owned by citizen E.S.<\/p>\n

5) Property of the “Apartment” type, with an area of \u200b\u200b159 m\u00b2, Vlor\u00eb Municipality, owned by citizen V.Z, purchased in 2010 in the amount of 8,107,092 Lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

6) Property of the type “Truall”, with an area of \u200b\u200b105 m\u00b2, Vlora Municipality, co-owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, purchased in 2013 for the value of 1,100,000 Lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

7) Property of the “Apartment” type, with an area of \u200b\u200b171 m\u00b2, Vlor\u00eb Municipality, jointly owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, purchased in 2013 for the value of 10,500,000 Lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

8) Property “4-storey addition”, with a total area of \u200b\u200b4 floors 640 m\u00b2, jointly owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, Vlora Municipality. From the expertise conducted in the trial, it results that the value of the investment for the “additional 4-storey” property is 20,216,320 Lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

9) Property of the “Bodrum” type, with an area of \u200b\u200b181 m\u00b2, “Kushtrimi” Neighborhood, Vlor\u00eb Municipality, co-owned by citizens V.Z and A.M, purchased in 2013 for the value of 7,700,000 Lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n
