The Albanian prime minister said that it is a secret, but our vice president said that he has seen it. Many drafts have circulated so far, but none of them have had an effect in Kosovo. I don&#8217;t believe I can&#8217;t prejudge the content. In principle I think it is wrong regardless of the content. A defect is in principle because the Albanian prime minister should not have done such actions without sitting down with the prime minister of Kosovo even without clarifying all these problems together.
