The American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has had a telephone conversation with the head of the government of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.<\/p>\n

He announced the news himself in a post on social networks, where he says that he encouraged the de-escalation of the situation in the north of Kosovo and an immediate return to dialogue.<\/p>\n

“Today I spoke with Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti to encourage de-escalation in the north of Kosovo and an immediate return to the Dialogue facilitated by the EU. The EU’s three-point plan is the way forward,” he said.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, also announced that he had talked with Secretary Blinken.<\/p>\n

Blinken has insisted on calming the situation in the north of Kosovo and has supported the European plan for expansion, said Vu\u010di\u0107 after the conversation with the American chief diplomat.<\/p>\n

As Vu\u010di\u0107 said through a post on Instagram, during the conversation with Blinken, he requested the release of the Serbs arrested in the north of Kosovo.<\/p>\n
