If Albanians prefer to go to museums, foreigners prefer archaeological parks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Groups of foreigners visiting Albania can be met every day in the country&#8217;s capital, Tirana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">They are curious to know closely not only Albania today, but also the past, culture and historical heritage of Albania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">According to INSTAT data, in 2022, there are about 690,000 visitors, of which 320,788 are foreign tourists who visited museums, forts and archaeological parks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Foreigners have preferred in most cases to visit the archaeological parks. They make up 56.8% of the total visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Meanwhile, they showed less curiosity about the forts, where foreigners account for 29.4% of visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">And when it comes to museums, we see that more than 50% of visitors are Albanians and less foreigners.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cultural heritage institutions have attracted the attention of many visitors. 46.5% of which are foreign tourists.
