{"id":56655,"date":"2023-07-01T21:39:49","date_gmt":"2023-07-01T19:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=56655"},"modified":"2023-07-01T21:39:49","modified_gmt":"2023-07-01T19:39:49","slug":"employment-in-cultural-fields-more-preferred-by-youth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/employment-in-cultural-fields-more-preferred-by-youth\/","title":{"rendered":"Employment in cultural fields more preferred by youth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cultural fields are creating more and more jobs, mainly attracting young people.<\/p>\n<p>According to the data published by the Institute of Statistics in 2022, there are 24,132 employees who make up 1.9% of the total employees.<\/p>\n<p>This figure has been increasing in the last 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>What stands out is the high participation of young people employed in cultural fields.<\/p>\n<p>Based on experts&#8217; data, young people aged 15-29 make up only 20.9% of total employment in the country, while their participation in employment in culture is 30.%.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of employees in culture are men, respectively 58.9%.<\/p>\n<p>As far as education is concerned, we see that in cultural fields 66.5% have higher education, while this figure drops to 23.7% when we talk about all employment sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cultural fields are creating more and more jobs, mainly attracting young people.
