During the cultural week of Spain, the world champion in bodybuilding Miguel Seijo has arrived in Tirana.<\/p>\n
Together with the Albanian champion Marin Meksi, in a meeting with young people, they gave lectures and advice for a more sporty lifestyle.<\/span><\/p>\n Building a beautiful body requires dedication, training, diet, and a fully dedicated instructor. These and many more were some of the tips given at the event<\/span><\/p>\n “Fitness Masterclass” held in Tirana, within the framework of the Spanish cultural week.<\/span><\/p>\n The diplomat and world champion in bodybuilding, Marin Meksi, was present, who showed the importance of this event.<\/span><\/p>\n “It is about the cultural week of Spain, where the world fitness center is allocated. There is the center in Barcelona, Santa Suzana. On the occasion of the cultural week, we had the world champion representative Miguel Seijo, who shared his 33 years of experience,” said Meksi.<\/span><\/p>\n According to Meks, the sport of bodybuilding has been developing in Albania as well.<\/span><\/p>\n “Nowadays, the movement started in bodybuilding, in 1996, a federation was created and we have continued our championships, while we have our championships, we hope it will return to Olympic sport, about 300 gyms have undoubtedly been added in the capital”, he added.<\/span><\/p>\n Spanish fitness champion Miguel Seijo shared his experience in this sport.<\/span><\/p>\n “I have been going to the gym for 33 years, I started at the age of 16. Exercise helps with mental health, physical health and keeps you young forever.
