{"id":58164,"date":"2023-08-02T11:24:24","date_gmt":"2023-08-02T09:24:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=58164"},"modified":"2023-08-02T11:24:24","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T09:24:24","slug":"himara-to-host-second-edition-of-international-music-festival","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/himara-to-host-second-edition-of-international-music-festival\/","title":{"rendered":"Himara to host second edition of International Music Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eight musical concerts will be held in the second edition of the Himara International Music Festival from August 3 to 10, at the Castle of Himara.<\/p>\n<p>Renowned musicians and artists from Albania, Germany, France, Kosovo, Romania, Russia and more, will be performing classical and traditional music pieces throughout the festival week.<\/p>\n<p>Performances dedicated to nature \u201cLament of the Earth\u201d, a repertoire with choral music by composer Rafet Rudi, selected parts of traditional civic and contemporary songs by composers Gjon Simoni, \u00c7esk Zadeja and Vasil Tole, parts by Brahms, Debussy, Faur\u00e9, Mozart, Dvorak, Schubert and Chopin, performed by French pianist Sebastian Ene, as well as fantastic sounds by 24-year-old musician Th\u00e9o Ould will be some of the selected pieces of the festival program.<\/p>\n<p>The National Tourism Agency assured vacationers that these will be some unforgettable vacations for everyone attending the festival.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou will experience music and countless surprises at the beautiful Himara Festival, which will make your vacations on the beautiful Albanian coast unforgettable, under the guidance of Tourism Event of Albania (TEA),\u201d emphasized the National Tourism Agency.<\/p>\n<p>During last year\u2019s edition, 11 musicians from Albania, France, Germany, Japan and Cuba performed various genres of music such as jazz, tango, contemporary and classical pieces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eight musical concerts will be held in the second edition of the Himara International Music Festival from August 3 to 10, at the Castle of Himara.
