Berat continues to have a positive trend in terms of the increase in the number of tourists, where only in the first 6 months of this year, over 400,000 tourists have visited the city, according to the Tourism Directorate in the city of one window. The visitors are mainly passionate about cultural and architectural tourism.<\/p>\n
But Berat offers more, as the waters of the Osum River on these hot days are visited by hundreds of tourists who use it to cool off, taking into account the fact that Berat has recorded the highest temperatures in the country.<\/p>\n
“It’s my first time in Albania and Berat, we spent 10 days in other places in Albania and two days in Berat, it’s a beautiful city and you can’t see this kind of city anywhere else. I chose the river for my child because he wanted to bathe in the water so I waited for him, reading my book.”<\/p>\n
