The new property tax, which will start to be applied in 2026 for buildings and in 2028 for agricultural lands, is expected to become the main source of income for the country’s municipalities.<\/span><\/p>\n According to the formula that is proposed and will be consulted until the end of the month, the payment will be about 3 times higher than today and will be paid once a year.<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, for those who own a second property, taxation will be progressive.
