I am bringing to your attention that one of the sources of traffic in Tirana is wrong parking right in the middle of the road or driving while using the phone at the same time. These violations of the Road Code are punishable and should not be tolerated&#8221;, writes the minister in a note on social networks.<\/p>\n<p>He adds that in his position as Minister of the Interior, he will insist on increasing the sense of civic responsibility and not punishment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am not happy about the &#8220;successes&#8221;
