“Promotional campaign for Albanian tourism”, this is how former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi described the decision of the head of the government, Giorgia Meloni, who chose, among other things, to rest for a few days on the Albanian coast at the invitation of her counterpart Edi Rama.<\/p>\n
“Meloni was on vacation in Albania. And for me the prime minister goes where she wants: I am not the sovereign. After all, Giorgia Meloni has taught us spectacular leaps on everything from the Euro to NATO, from immigration to oil machines. She might change her mind about tourism too, right? Very good. Indeed, we hope that next year Meloni\u2019s government will be able to develop a promotional campaign for Italian tourism, at least as effective as what the Meloni government has done this year for Albanian tourism”, says Matteo Renzi, former prime minister of Italy.<\/p>\n
For the head of Viva Italia, Meloni’s action to settle the bill of 80 euros that some Italian citizens did not pay to a restaurant in Berat after eating dinner was wrong and shows the implementation of left-wing policies by a right-wing government.<\/p>\n

According to Prime Minister Rama, 500,000 Italian citizens have visited Albania this year, setting a new record for tourism.<\/p>\n
