The Special Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that the acting chairman of the OVL-U\u00c7K, Faton Klinaku, was interviewed today regarding last night’s post on Facebook, where he wrote that “I would rather kill Albin Kurti than let him go and run away from Kosovo”.<\/p>\n

The spokesman of the Special Prosecution, Ekrem Lutfiu, said that Klinaku is suspected of the criminal offense of “Violence against high representatives of the Republic of Kosovo”.<\/p>\n

After the interview, Lutfiu says that Klinaku was released in a regular procedure. According to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, precisely Article 128, the commission of this offense is punishable by imprisonment from three to ten years.<\/p>\n
