We want to be crystal clear here \u2013 visa-free travel is not and should not be linked to the Brussels Dialogue with Serbia. We find it important to talk about both Serbia and Kosovo when it comes to the review of economic cooperation and funds in case the situation does not de-escalate, as it not one party alone that is responsible for the process in the Dialogue.
