B.V. stands accused of plotting attacks using \u201cdangerous and lethal materials\u201d at Pristina Square, targeting the LGBT+ community, and at the Merdare border crossing, as stated by the Prosecution.<\/p>\n
The Kosovo Police apprehended the suspect in February of this year.<\/p>\n
It has been revealed that the suspect employed potassium nitrate in the preparation of these alleged terrorist activities on Kosovar soil, according to the Prosecution\u2019s findings.<\/p>\n
The Special Prosecutor\u2019s Office declared, \u201cThrough these actions, the accused B.V. has committed the criminal offense of preparing terrorist acts or criminal offenses against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kosovo\u2019s legal framework prescribes a range of penalties for acts of terrorism and offenses against the constitutional order.<\/p>\n
