The commission includes Arben Lami as the chairman, along with four other members: Gerta Qurku, Eno Milkani, Genc P\u00ebrmeti, and Florenc Papas.<\/p>\n<p>The documentary, titled \u201cAlexander\u201d, delves into a remarkable and highly representative story of Albanians\u2019 extraordinary sacrifices for freedom.<\/p>\n<p>It tells the tale of Aleksand\u00ebr Gruda, a naval fleet mechanic who, in 1990, seized a warship and escaped from Albania.
