Regarding Radoji\u010di\u0107\u2019s alleged involvement in the attack on Kosovo Police, Vu\u010di\u0107 responded cautiously, indicating that the assessment of video evidence would be the responsibility of competent authorities. When queried about the purpose of the armed group\u2019s attack on the Kosovo Police, Vu\u010di\u0107 expressed uncertainty but suggested that they might have been safeguarding their homes and preparing for future confrontations.<\/p>\n
Vu\u010di\u0107 refrained from specifying the exact number of attackers, noting divergent assessments, though Kosovo authorities had previously stated that approximately 30 individuals comprised the armed group.<\/p>\n
When asked if Radoji\u010di\u0107 was their leader, Vu\u010di\u0107 refrained from making a conclusive statement, instead highlighting the need for a comprehensive investigation.<\/p>\n

Vu\u010di\u0107 firmly denied that the Serbian state was behind the attack in Banjska. He mentioned that a year ago, there were indications of people preparing for resistance, noting that representatives of Serbs in northern Kosovo opposed the removal of barricades that had been set up during previous Kosovo-Serbia crises.<\/p>\n
Regarding the attack, Vu\u010di\u0107 mentioned that Serbs were erecting barricades rather than encircling the area. He described an incident in which a Kosovo police officer was injured by explosives used to raise barricades, leading to subsequent gunfire.<\/p>\n
According to Vu\u010di\u0107, the Kosovo Police then initiated an operation with the intention of \u201celiminating all Serbs\u201d, resulting in the deaths of two attackers who had surrendered.<\/p>\n
He refuted claims that one of the slain attackers was part of the security detail of the current Director of the Security and Intelligence Agency (BIA), Aleksandar Vulin.<\/p>\n
Vu\u010di\u0107 accused the Kosovo Government and Prime Minister Albin Kurti of engaging in \u201cterrorism\u201d against Serbs in Kosovo and appealed to Serbs to seek peace.<\/p>\n

The events on September 24 in northern Kosovo involved an attack on Kosovo Police by a masked and armed group while they were attempting to remove barricades on a road in the village of Banjska in Zvecan, one of the four predominantly Serbian municipalities in northern Kosovo.<\/p>\n
The armed group sought refuge in Banjska Monastery, leading to clashes with the police throughout the day.<\/p>\n
At present, four individuals have been arrested in connection with the Banjska events, and Kosovo authorities revealed that weapons and other equipment were seized in the village.<\/p>\n
