Experts say that the demand for new housing, even from foreigners, has increased sales, but also the prices of apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The real estate market in Tirana has had an increase in price in the last three years. Average prices vary by area, but the closer you get to the center and the lake area, the rental values \u200b\u200bmultiply.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is an increase in apartments both for rent and for sale.
