The main causes start after the pandemic with the increase in tourism, later after the war with the increase in construction materials, while today we are talking despite the fact that the construction materials have stabilized, we are dealing with the lack of properties. Kor\u00e7a is suffering for properties, for new constructions,&#8221; said real estate agent Gerhard Kreka.<\/p>\n<p>But it seems that the increase in prices has not stopped the buying demand.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have increased demand. Which means that there are no apartments left. There is demand and we block the properties from the pit phase, from the project phase. There is interest, interest has not decreased, it is increasing. Mostly buyers are immigrants living in Germany, Italy, England or America.
