Sali Berisha will have to appear twice a month at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).<\/p>\n

According to the court’s decision, the former Prime Minister must go to the offices of the National Bureau of Investigation on November 6 and 20.<\/p>\n

Berisha is a person under investigation by the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) for passive corruption, as through legal acts he favored his son-in-law, Jamarb\u00ebr Malltezi, for the privatization of the former “Partizani” sports complex.<\/p>\n

The security measures of “obligation to appear” and “prohibition of exiting the country” have been imposed on the former prime minister for the charge of “passive corruption”.<\/p>\n
