The most problematic areas in the country are expected to be the cities of Shkodra, Lezha, Elbasan, and Kor\u00e7a. It is predicted that the rain will continue throughout the night, while Saturday morning is expected to be an even more alarming situation.<\/p>\n
According to meteorologists, this is code red, as there will also be flooding, due to the storm which has affected all of Europe.<\/p>\n
