He started his speech with the topic of tourism, where he said that for the first time this year Tirana was a separate destination for tourism, as according to him even in August, Tirana had visitors who came to stay in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>He also said that the figures are positive in terms of security and also in terms of the economy, Rama said that Albania has one of the most stable economies in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister emphasized during his speech that with the 2024 budget, the public debt will also experience a significant decrease.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Albania reaching the ceiling of 10,000 tourists in a year is a significant indicator of a number of things that have changed completely.\u00a0 Things that are starting to work, like the volume of investments made, which is a very large volume, but the demands in tourism are increasing. Also, the other aspect that has to do with order and security, there is a big difference and materialized in the figures that are leaps and bounds from progress regarding the number of murders and crime figures that worry people in their daily lives.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, there are some simple and significant numbers that speak a lot about the current level of the country, starting from the economy, where inflation is the lowest in the region and has been so since the rise of the inflation curve from the war. Today we are rated with a B+ with a positive outlook from a stable B+ we had until last year.<\/p>\n<p>Also the figure of the public debt, we were forced by both the earthquake and the pandemic to increase the debt, not only did we cope with that increase very well, but in the new budget for 2024 we reduce the debt to the limit of 60%.
