This draft law will be submitted to the Parliament of Albania, where the deputies will have to vote for the implementation of this amnesty.<\/p>\n<p>The principles of this amnesty are known, the protection of the interests of minors, who together with convicted women are the main beneficiaries, humanity, etc. About 600 convicted persons will benefit from this amnesty, if it is approved in the Assembly&#8221;, said Manja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the draft law on the granting of amnesty was voted.
