The Ministry of Finance and Economy has drawn up a new instruction, according to which the reference prices will be depreciated by 1% per year depending on the age of the building.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Within the law &#8220;On income tax&#8221; a new instruction has been drawn up, related to the taxation of the transfer of ownership, where we found it appropriate to establish a new rule, based on which the reference prices will be amortized with 1% per year depending on the age of the building.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In his appearance in front of the journalists Minister of Finance and Economy, Ervin Mete, added that during this year there will be a revision of the reference prices in the coastal areas as well.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;During this year, there will be a review of the reference prices on the coast as well, with the division of certain areas that will reflect price increases in these areas.
