Citizens of Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia will be able to live and work in any of the three countries, just as if they were in their own country.<\/p>\n
In these three states, earlier there were many bureaucracies for employees, but now they do not exist and the transfer of employees is done without obstacles.<\/p>\n
Exactly three years ago, the leaders of the Open Balkan countries decided and signed the decision to create free access to the labor market in the Western Balkans.<\/p>\n
The advantages of the free movement of workers in the region are multiple, starting from the possibility of doing seasonal work, through reducing the deficit of professions and strengthening the confidence of investors to the growth of key sectors in the economy.<\/p>\n
Free access to the labor market with 11 million inhabitants is expected to prevent further brain drain and youth from the region by providing employment opportunities, but also to respond to the growing demands for quality staff, both of local and international companies that work in the region.<\/p>\n
Citizens of Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia, who wish to be employed in one of the Open Balkans members or have already found an employer, must have a personal identification number for which they can register electronically in several steps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
