It is expected that these traffic lights will start flashing colors on &#8220;Sk\u00ebnderbeu&#8221; boulevard for vehicles and pedestrians.<\/p>\n<p>But how did the citizens receive such news?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Traffic lights are being installed in Shkodra. What does something like this look like? Good job it is, very good job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is good news. It is enough just to look at the city center when the movements of cars are made that are obstructed from the intersection of the center that is obstructed and becomes a line of cars&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>An investment in the traffic light was burdened about 20 years ago where the objects were damaged and stolen by unidentified persons and no further investment was made in this direction.
