The special prosecution against corruption and organized crime has been added as a verification filter to the recruitment procedure in the shet police.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any young person or excellent student who applies to be part of the blue uniforms, in addition to a series of certifications from prosecutors’ offices and courts of general jurisdiction, must also receive a certification that he is not under investigation or criminal prosecution by SPAK. Dozens of young people have applied to the special prosecutor’s office, receiving an answer within 5 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

The addition of this filter comes at a time when police officers of various levels have been implicated in criminal activity after the disclosure of encrypted communications in the SKY ECC application by SPAK.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPAK head Altin Dumani has also expressed his concern about the involvement and cooperation of the effectives of various structures with criminal groups.<\/span><\/p>\n
