An article in the New York Times about the creation of a Bektashi state within Albania has sparked debate in public perception regarding the real purpose of this plan.<\/p>\n

This state, similar to the Vatican model, has raised questions about its security, symbolism, economic part, etc.<\/p>\n

Euronews Albania has conducted a survey, asking 7 thousand citizens about this issue, where the data shows that:<\/p>\n

24% of them were PRO<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

66% of them were AGAINST<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

10% expressed; I DON\u2019T KNOW<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

These 7,000 citizens were able to express their opinion through this open survey on the YouTube page of Euronews Albania, regarding Prime Minister Rama’s idea for a new Muslim state.<\/p>\n

So this survey continues to remain open on the YouTube page, so that other citizens have the opportunity to be involved.<\/p>\n
