The company with expertise in English law and US securities law is considered the best company to provide this legal consultancy.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance has stated earlier that, in the event that market conditions during 2024 will be favorable, the possibility that the debt will be taken within this year is not excluded. The needs of such a debt respond to the reduction of the debt deficit, but they can also go to investments or internal policies.<\/p>\n<p>During the last year, Albania issued the sixth Eurobond in 13 years, with a value of 600 million euros. The first Eurobond issued by the Albanian government was in 2010, with an amount of 300 million euros, a debt which has been closed.<\/p>\n<p>The second exit was in 2015, with a Eurobond of 450 million euros, and in 2018, the third exit to the international markets to obtain debt was marked.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, the Ministry of Finance issued a Eurobond of 650 million euros, and a year later, in 2021, the fifth Eurobond was issued, with conditions and value almost identical to that of 2020.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Finance is planning to take a new debt in the foreign market.
