Three people dead while another is in serious condition, this is the balance so far of the massacre that happened this Wednesday afternoon in Dobra\u00e7, Shkodra.<\/p>\n
2 people, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, were traveling in the luxurious Benz type vehicle, as they passed through Dobra\u00e7, their road was cut off by another vehicle that fired Kalashnikov firearms at them.<\/p>\n
Lici and Bushati tried to leave more than 100 meters, until they collided. According to the information received from the police, when they tried to avoid the bullets, they collided with a motorcycle in which two bystanders were traveling. Unfortunately, a woman lost her life in this collision, while her husband is in the hospital in a serious condition.<\/p>\n
Hamza Lici died at the scene, while Arlind Bushati was in a serious condition in Shkodra hospital and later died.<\/p>\n
Police Annonucement:<\/strong><\/p>\n Around 3:50 p.m., on the “Shkod\u00ebr-Koplik” road axis, in Dobra\u010d, shots were fired at a moving Benz type vehicle, in which citizens H. L. and A. B. were driving.<\/p>\n As a result of the shooting, citizen H. L., and citizen A.
