Through a statement dated November 6, 2024, UN Albania clarified that the process of recruiting consultants is based on clear and transparent practices that guarantee impartiality and integrity at every step.<\/p>\n
The UN organizations in Albania have emphasized that all their consultants are selected through a competitive and open process, based on technical expertise and on clearly defined objective criteria, to ensure that projects are carried out with independence and the highest standards of professionalism.
\nThe statement underlines that the recruitment of consultants is carried out by widely advertising the positions and aims to attract qualified candidates from a diverse pool.<\/p>\n
This reaction came after a letter from the DP addressed to the donor organizations that monitor Albania, where concern was raised about a possible conflict of interest of Mrs. Rama, due to the fact that she is the wife of the Prime Minister.<\/p>\n
