The rain in the early hours of the morning did not cause any problems.<\/p>\n<p>Although the forecasts were for intense rain in the city of Vlora, the enterprises of the Municipality of Vlora have gone on standby; the situation is calm; I am currently in the hydrovor of the city of Vlora, which has switched to standby with all four of its pumps.<\/p>\n<p>The citizens of Vlora continued to take measures even during this Thursday. In many neighborhoods in front of the gates, citizens have placed sandbags, to prevent any problems that could be caused by the heavy rains that were warned.<\/p>\n<p>Residents express fear and from the situation that has passed for several weeks, they say that the state must take measures.<\/p>\n<p>But there are also those residents who are not afraid of situations. Others are prepared for any storm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHere in our neighborhood, there have been no floods, to be honest. I&#8217;m a little deeper and I have no problems.
