Telephone and accessing the Internet through it has become inseparable for Albanians aged 16-79.<\/p>\n

The data of the survey of “Use of Information and Communication Technology in household economic units for 2024, have highlighted that 99.9% of individuals use the phone to access the Internet, followed by the computer, laptop and finally the tablet.<\/p>\n

What else is noticed from this survey is that 42.4% of the population use the Internet to make online purchases, where the purchase of clothes, shoes and accessories leads with 90.3% and then comes the catering service for ready-made food.<\/p>\n

And yet, in the last three months of the year, the trend with the greatest increase in technology has been e-banking with 3.3 percentage points, followed by accessing health data online with 1.5 percentage points and reading online news by 1.3 percentage points.<\/p>\n
