With the new approval of references, prices have increased throughout the country, where the most expensive areas are Farka, Artificial Lake and Dh\u00ebrmiu, where the value of a flat reaches from 190,000 to 258,000 ALL\/m2.<\/p>\n<p>The government has approved the new average prices for buying and selling housing in the market. Compared to 2023, prices have increased in large cities and coastal areas, which are not classified as cities.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, in Tirana for all cadastral areas, the average price per m2 is 124,300 ALL. In the district within the capital, the cheapest area is Paskuqan with a price of 62,500 ALL\/m2, while the most expensive is the area near the artificial lake with a price of 227,400 ALL\/m2. But, beyond the footprint of the cross, Farke holds the highest price in the whole country, where around the lake of this administrative unit, the property price reaches 257 thousand ALL\/m2.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in Durr\u00ebs, the new average price of housing reaches 71,200 ALL from 67,500 ALL\/m2 in 2023.
