The year 2024 marked a record of visitors to cultural heritage sites reaching 1.3 million visitors, or 30% more than in 2023.<\/p>\n
Prime Minister Edi Rama, with a video shared on social networks, lists the most important historical events of the past year.<\/span><\/p>\n In the video material, emphasis is placed on the record of visitors that the cultural history page has had, while over 2300 cultural events are counted.<\/span><\/p>\n Some of the most important activities that Rama lists in the past year are “International Cultural Weeks, with 21 participating countries, “Love as a Glass of Water” at the International Art Biennale in Venice, the reopening of the restored Puppet Theater as well as the inauguration of the Ethnographic Museum of Kruja and the Ethnographic Museum of Kavaja.<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, according to Rama, the works for the Cultural Infrastructure continue, such as in the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Theater and the National Center of Culture for Children.<\/span><\/p>\n As part of the revival of cultural heritage, the Art in Public Spaces project was also realized, within which several works were realized such as: “Terminal for Tirana”, curated by Tirana Art Lab, artist Karolina Halatek; “Albanian Key”, performed by Alfred Mirash Milot; “Foleza”, performed by Vasil Dhiamandi and Krisiko Studio.<\/span><\/p>\n A series of activities were also organized for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Liberation of Albania.
