It is not a completely clean list, due to the fact that the dead persons still appear in these lists, because the citizens have not notified the competent bodies. Unlike any other pair of elections that have been held before, in this election the list of voters has been created with two base dates. With that of civil status and production document department. Therefore, no one is left out of this list, unlike what may have happened in certain cases. While the number of people who have registered to vote outside Kosovo is 104 thousand 924 voters, of which 84 thousand 525 have chosen the method of voting through the mail and 20 thousand 399 voters have chosen the method of physical voting at the diplomatic representation. In contrast to the last local elections on December 17, there are 174,888 more voters,” said Arianit Elshani, member of the CEC.<\/span><\/p>\n Also at this meeting, the recommendation for setting the maximum number of voters in polling stations was approved, which was decided that for polling stations in rural areas the number of voters should be 999 voters.<\/span><\/p>\n While in urban areas, it was decided that the number of voters in polling stations should be 950 voters.<\/span><\/p>\n In this meeting, the CEC also decided that in Tirana and Podgorica, physical voting will not be held in these diplomatic representations, this is because in some diplomatic representations the number of citizens registered for physical voting is very small, below 50 voters.<\/span><\/p>\n CEC member Arianit Elshani said that CEC will inform all registered voters that they will be able to vote by mail.<\/span><\/p>\n “There are some states that have a smaller number of 50 voters.
