The proposal is made with the aim of reducing the level of pollution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">With the argument to reduce the level of air pollution, car traffic will be limited in the capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy has drawn up the plan, where it proposes that private cars be taken out on the road on certain days of the week, for example according to the car&#8217;s license plate.
