On Monday, the lot was cast for the ranking of political parties in the February 9 parliamentary election ballots in Kosovo, in which the Serbian List will have number 112.<\/p>\n
Its inclusion provoked the reaction of the Vet\u00ebvendosje movement, which has complained to the Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions, since on the last day of the last year, the Central Election Commission said that the decision of this panel on the certification of the Serbian List is binding and must be enforced.<\/p>\n
The ruling party insists that each decision of the Central Election Commission must be subject to a vote by its members, stressing that in the absence of a vote, this decision is illegal.<\/p>\n
The Deputy Minister of Justice, from the ranks of the Vet\u00ebvendosje movement, Blerim Sallahu said today that the Central Election Commission violated the law again by including the Serbian List in the ballot, without waiting for the Panel’s response to the complaint of this movement.<\/p>\n
“Based on Article 130 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure, the administrative act is suspended until a complaint is lodged with the highest body, in this case, the PZAP”, he wrote on social networks.<\/p>\n
An official of the Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions told Voice of America that this mechanism has not yet received any official complaint, stressing that as soon as the complaint is received, the commission will review it and respond to it.<\/p>\n
Independent observers emphasize that this process will not change anything in the certification of the Serbian List.<\/p>\n
On December 23, two members of the Commission voted for the certification of the Serbian List, seven abstained, while the representatives of the Vet\u00ebvendosje Movement voted against, emphasizing that this party founded and supported by Belgrade does not recognize the state of Kosovo.<\/p>\n
