Additionally, due to the influx of visitors, tour operators have increased their accommodation capacities,\u201d said Fatmir Ceci, an economics specialist.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci noted that, based on a minimum calculation per person, more than \u20ac2.5 million was spent within 10 days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring the holiday season, Kor\u00e7\u00eb experiences a significant influx of tourists. According to calculations, with 4,000 beds in Kor\u00e7\u00eb, at a minimum cost of \u20ac50 per individual, \u20ac2 million was generated. When accounting for restaurants and shopping, the figure reaches \u20ac2.5 million. Realistically, a visitor in Kor\u00e7\u00eb spends around 5,000 ALL (\u20ac50) per day on accommodation and meals,\u201d said Ceci.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the number of visitors to Kor\u00e7\u00eb is steadily increasing, prompting hotel operators to expand the number of rooms and beds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKor\u00e7\u00eb is witnessing a growth trend in accommodation facilities. This substantial investment has led to better quality services and an increased number of tourists. Moreover, the people of Kor\u00e7\u00eb maintain reasonable prices, which has contributed to the city\u2019s \u2018boom\u2019 in visitors,\u201d said the economist.<\/p>\n<p>Official figures from the Municipality of Kor\u00e7\u00eb show that the city and its tourist villages were visited by over half a million tourists in 2024.
